A Direct Primary Care Clinic in Liberty Hill
By fall 2022, Impact Family Wellness had already spent three years changing lives in Cedar Park through the direct primary care model. But founder Monica McKitterick knew the impact could go further. People needed this kind of care—they just didn’t always know it was an option.
After exploring several areas around Austin, Liberty Hill stood out. It was a growing, close-knit community that felt like the right place to plant deeper roots. Still, launching a second location was no small leap. It took persistence, long days of outreach, and faith in the mission.
Thanks to local events, word of mouth, and a whole lot of heart, the Liberty Hill office is now thriving—and we’re honored to care for this vibrant community every day.

Red Horn Georgetown,
B3 Fleet Services,
Sagamore Fence and Deck,
Hill Country Community Ministries, and
Kanga Roof—to offer their teams a simple, reliable, and affordable alternative to traditional insurance-based healthcare through our membership-based model.
