We do not share your personal information with any third parties.
Opting Out of Communications
We respect your privacy and provide you with the opportunity to opt out of receiving certain communications. If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can easily unsubscribe by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of our emails. This will automatically remove you from our email distribution list, and you will no longer receive emails from us.
Similarly, if you wish to opt out of receiving SMS messages, you can do so by replying with the keyword "STOP" to the SMS you received. Once we receive your request, we will promptly cease sending SMS messages to the provided phone number.
Mobile App Privacy
The Impact Family Wellness mobile app is designed to provide convenient access to practice information and member resources while minimizing data collection.
Information collected by the app
The mobile app does not require an Impact Family Wellness app account and does not collect or transmit medical, health, billing, financial, identity, location, analytics, advertising, or tracking information.
Information stored on the device
If a user selects a preferred clinic or favorites a resource, those selections are stored locally on that user's device. Impact Family Wellness does not receive those selections. Removing the app removes its locally stored preferences, subject to the device operating system's normal backup and restoration behavior.
External services and device applications
The app provides clearly labeled links to external services and device features, including Impact Family Wellness scheduling and website pages, Spruce secure messaging, Hint billing and membership services, Maps, telephone, and email. Information a user provides after leaving the app is handled under the privacy practices of the destination service or device application.
Users should use Spruce for care-related messages and should not send private medical information to the general administrative email address.
Children's privacy
The app is intended as a practice-resource companion and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Security and changes
The app limits external web destinations to approved encrypted HTTPS domains and does not embed advertising or third-party analytics. This mobile-app disclosure may be updated when the app's functionality or data practices change.
