What is Direct Primary Care?

DPC, or Direct Primary Care, is a membership model of health care. 

For one flat, low monthly fee patients have unlimited access to their provider for primary care and most urgent care needs, including annual physicals and well-child exams, along with many other additional, yet affordable, extra benefits.

  • Hospitalization or ER/urgent care visits
  • Cost of injectable medications
  • Initial evaluation and diagnosis of ADD/ADHD
